Dealer FAQ

Yes. After a territory assessment, REE assigns exclusive distribution zones based on market size, competition, and your infrastructure. No two dealers overlap in the same pin-code cluster.

You receive a two-day onboarding session covering product knowledge, merchandising, and sales techniques. Quarterly refreshers are held across major cities, and all materials are available digitally.

All orders are placed through our dealer portal with a minimum lead time of 3 business days. Bulk orders above ₹2.5L qualify for priority fulfilment and free delivery.

The opening order minimum is ₹50,000. Subsequent reorders have a lower MOQ of ₹25,000 to keep your cash flow healthy.

FSSAI is highly recommended and required in most states for distributing packaged beverages. Our compliance team will guide you through the process if you don't already hold a license.

Our team reviews applications within 48 hours. Once approved, onboarding typically takes 7-10 business days including territory finalisation and first stock delivery.
